Return & Exchange
Moolena strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after delivery and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
You must contact us at service@moolena.com prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.
Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:

1. Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at service@moolena.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

2. Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment.We will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.
Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.



3. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for your initially ordered items(excluded shipping) if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items.As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country to China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay.

If you confirm to return goods,pls notice that all items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund&exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensate for the loss of customers.After evaluation, we will offer you some discount on the next order.

Pls leave a note inside package, remark order number,so that we can know when we got it

Please send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.

Refund will be released within 5 working days after we received the package, refund excluded shipping,because delivery company charged shipping already when package sent out.

Usually don't accept return/exchange if there is no quality problem.
Please contact our customer support for refund assistance.

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.



5.Returns will not be accepted without you having previously contacted our customer service team.Please do not return your parcel to the address on the shipping label as that is our shipping agent and we will not receive it.
